Maybe, but I'm sure Jagex could work some magic to make them look right.

And I'd love hair that would drop all the way down to lower back, that'd be perfect.

They need to fix hairstyle with some hat and helmet too. Also when trying the Archon Headress my hair just turned brown and had a different hair cut and I couldn't change the color on it. Runelabs Skilling/Combat Bosses idea
