I purchased the free members items during my free trial period. The trial period is over, I am a paying member and I still have not received the items. I see no customer service on the site and the F A Q section doesn’t exist as far as I can see. Can someone please tell me what I need to do in order to get these items? Thank you. Elentari56

Are you looking under your customisation tab? They are not actual items you get
in your backpack.

Look in customisations. Are the items still available to get? if so just get them again
if not then look under that tab and see if they are there.

I don’t see a customization tab anywhere. I am on Old School RuneScape, so I don’t know if that makes a difference. I checked the settings for the bank and even tried the collect button for GE. There is a store icon on the map for Varrock, but there isn’t a store there lol. I checked the store website and the items are showing “purchased”. Thank you for responding, I really appreciate it! Yea if you log in RS3 then you will find all your "free" items off Solomons.

If you want to play RS3 contact me, I will help you figure out how to do
it.

Okay there needs to be some way to figure out what content goes with each RuneScape. If Solomon’s Store is not supported on OSRS, why do I have a link in game to that store? That is extremely misleading for new players or returning players. There is absolutely no help or customer support on that site that I have seen. Why is there not a message or pop up stating it does not apply to OSRS? Why is there a store icon on the OSRS Varrock map?

Thank you for your kind offer LadyOLake but I don’t want to play RS3. I have been wanting to get back to OSRS for years, but I had no PC or laptop. Every time I was looking for a good game for my Android tablet, I would always put in RuneScape as the search parameter hoping something similar would come up. Of course it never did. I finally got an IPAD having no idea OSRS was on mobile on this device. I thought I was dreaming when it popped up on the App Store. Then I thought it was going to be a scam. But when I saw Jagex and recognized the old school login, I was beside myself with happiness lol. I am having the best time going back to old haunts and leveling my new character. I already have 4 cats lmao. I don’t even mind being captured by Evil Dave lol. So for whoever had this wonderful idea of bringing OSRS back and putting it on mobile, my heartfelt thanks and gratitude!
