Keepsake Key Forced Removal

So I have been enjoying OSRS for a few days, and today when I logged into RS3 for my daily keys, I noticed my character looked different. My preset custom appearance I had made using keepsake keys was ruined because my Keepsake Key box is now empty for no reason, with three of the items refunded to my inventory (an iron med helm, mystic wand, and archon tassets) and one item lost to the ether (an exquisite bow).

Given that I wasn't even logged in to make these changes, how can I get back what I've lost (4 keys)? This is real world money that disappeared for no reason and I'd at least like an explanation.

To whatever mod saw this and assumed my acc had been accessed by someone other than me and locked it, thanks but that wasn't the problem. I logged in in the same location with the same items and nothing missing other than the keepsaked items.

If there is any other reason this could've happened, please respond here

If there is any other reason this could've happened, please respond here Jmods don't lock accounts just because they browsed a forum thread and thought something sounded fishy. Account lockdowns are usually only done on request. I highly recommend re-securing your account, it sounds like it has been compromised. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape

look in diango for the exquisite bow. As to why they would have been taken out of
the keepsake box to begin with is not something a Jmod would do.

usually when something odd happens to your account is because a hijacking
occured.

This also seems likely since your account was locked because when it is locked it
means someone from a different part of the world than where it is usually
accessed has actually logged in. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
