Aren't they looking to make more and more auras accessable in-game (like with the auras you can now buy from War's Retreat) though?
If so, I don't see why they would add even more auras to a store where they are trying to move them away from in the first place.
If anything, I can much more see them adding the aura to the Archaeology guild shop instead, where it could even be done like this: tier 1 for Assistant rank, tier 2 for Associate rank, tier 3 for Professor rank and finally, tier 4 for Guildmaster rank (or, if giving the aura 5 tiers instead of 4 to make it in line with other skilling auras, tier 1 for Intern rank, tier 2 for Assistant rank and so on).

Whatever the case though, support.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
