No support.
I have to agree with the issues the others brought up.
In addition, it would be pretty easy to lose the title. And outside of the old "seasonal events" (killing the most imps in an hour or killing the most of a boss in an hour), you'd run the risk of never being able to use it again because you gained XP in a certain skill.
The compromise that you'd be looking for is to have titles for each skill that can be unlocked at 99/120.
The other issue is that for some skills, those titles already exist:
Archaeology has The Archaeology Guildmaster
Dungeoneering has of Daemonheim (complete all Hard Mode Floors)
Hunter does have Expert Baiter (anachronia big Game Hunter)
Farming has The Master Farmer (player owned farms)
Fishing has The Master Fisherman/woman (Priff Waterfall Fishing)
Slayer has The Ultimate Slayer (complete Slayer Collection log) and Slayer Master (complete Rush of Blood Platinum)
This likely isn't the whole list. Plus there are likely a few titles given to other things that would fit close to the skill title (ie: The Attacker and The Defender from Barbarian Assault).

Only after they make one for every other acc type.
There are titles for Ironmen and Hard Core Ironmen.
They'd make nice enough titles as long as everyone could use them. Restricting their use would be supporting unsupported game "modes" and we can't have that.
I particularly like "the pure" for use in other contexts.
Also xxqw56chxx, the word is "moot", not "mute". Not sure why so many people get those two mixed up, they're no more similar than boat and boot which no one ever mixes up.
Look in the spoiler.

This still doesnt disprove the reasoning behind why skillers are more important that all other acc types?
I can only agree to this happening if all others get titles
at the same time
. Not after.
What im saying is, for those that cant comprehend somehow, is there needs to be a title for every acc type if skillers can get one.
