So Legendary pets. Love them, hate them, they are a pretty handy tool for a lot of people, providing versatile support abilities to many situations.

Scavenge seems to me to be the reason that everyone wants a legendary. The thought of your familiar picking up your loot for you seems too good to be true, and sadly, it is. The familiar winds up picking up trash more often than not, and also has this ridiculous timer where he won't pick up anything in between drops, not to mention the logic behind what gets picked up sometimes seems downright stupid. All that aside, it's still the best ability he's got for the majority of situations.

Beast of Burden transformation is an extremely useful ability, especially since the pet can use three abilities, but simply being able to chuck two or three pouches on the guy for very long BoB durations with no summoning point usage is incredible.

Alchemy is pretty slick and I usually use it as my third, but the cooldown seems a bit harsh at times. I mean it's only saving ~1k per cast, so while I get the point of having a cooldown, ten minutes just seems super overdone to me. I think it should be like two. Still like it though.

Life saver can be really nice for those times that I really need to get a drink or something but don't want to stop killing abyssal demons, as an insurance policy, and it has saved my life before when I'm just being dumb fighting some boss, but the amount of times I use it is not that much. It's nice, but there are already a ton of other ways to get the same effect.

Anyway my reason for making this thread wasn't to talk about the useful abilities, but I thought I'd mention the ones I consider most useful before going to the main point.

Forage sucks.

I want it to be good, because I want free stuff, but in order for it to be usable in the first place you have to be doing something completely afk. Secondly, he doesn't find anything worthwhile, and finally, his success rate is complete garbage! What's the point?

As a follow up, I'll point out what I think could be done to solve the issue.

Given the three problems with forage, one of them should be removed. Either:

Make forage proc on a timer so that the player doesn't need to be doing something completely afk so that he can focus on foraging.
*Note: just realized it does proc on a timer, but it's a pretty grossly slow timer.

Make forage actually be able to find something worth foraging for.

Make forage have reasonable success rates.

If one of these three isn't done, then there is literally zero chance of me ever using it, and I don't know why anyone would unless they were bored out of their mind.
