That doesn't even make sense. That sentence you just typed is literally incoherent.
If they posted that they looked at it, obviously that would mean they looked at it. You cannot just blindly post in a thread without looking at it.
Obviously if they post in a thread that means they at least read some of it. And it is not a very complex thread, the title literally says it all "Bring Back Panda Outfit".

I don't understand why your asking this? Obviously I made this thread to be looked at by Jagex. I'm not just making it for myself, this thread by myself with the specific intention of Jagex looking at it, acknowledge it is a thing, and hopefully bring it back.
That is literally why I made this thread, to be looked at specifically by Jagex as they are the only ones capable to bring the outfit back.
