It's just how he conveniently cherry picks part of the post and tries to twist it around to his benefit while just letting the whole context of the post slip by. Notice how he just cuts off the bottom part of the quoted post?
It's just somewhat how you distinguish posts you'd take seriously and posts you'd just take it with a grain of salt and let it slip by with irrelevance

On topic, just because we have the elven wig does not mean we cannot have new themed elf cosmetics? After all it's a chance for Jagex to make more money right? How could we deprive them of such an opportunity?

Ah fine, I'll just bite into it.
1st. OP and Charge Beam already acknowledges the Elven Wig exists, so that's already clarified and settled with.
2nd. They already pointed out the flaws in those outfits on how they do not work as they'd like to.
3rd. Living with the current wig does not solve their solution.
4th. So instead of changing how the outfit works, they're proposing a new cosmetic to fill this need.
Hence this:
