Squeal of Fortune has been given an upgrade! Alongside a dazzling new look, Yelps has overhauled the prizes across the board – not only which items are up for grabs, but how often you’ll win them, too.
The changes include:

  • Rare items are still rare, but not as rare as before!

  • Some smaller prizes have been completely removed and replaced with more useful items.

  • You’ll win more prizes that are tailored specifically to your skill levels.

Pendants of Skill have also been upgraded – the total amount of bonus XP that each pendant gives has been increased. Once you have a pendant, you no longer need to throw it away once it’s run out of charge. One regular and one prized pendant in each skill is all you’ll ever need as – thanks to recharge gems - you can simply recharge your pendant once it’s run out!
New to Squeal of Fortune are Prismatic Pendants. These chromatically cool accoutrements can be converted into any skill pendant that you don't already own, and come in regular and prized varieties.
Prismatic Pendants are already on the wheel and up for grabs, and to be in with an even better chance of winning any skill pendant on the wheel - including these - be sure to spin this weekend. Between Friday 16th November at 00:00 GMT and Monday 19th November 23:59 GMT, you’re more likely to bag yourself a pendant and get an XP boost in your favourite skill!
For any questions you may have, check out our official FAQ and the Squeal of Fortune wiki for info on the new wheel and Prismatic Pendants.
You can purchase spins here , or by clicking 'Add Spins' next to the wheel in Squeal of Fortune. Don’t forget – the Squeal of Fortune wiki features additional methods of getting extra spins.

1st page!
I hate what the SoF is doing to the game (though like the fact that better future updates will come because of it). The new look has made it even more annoying. Glad to see the prizes are becoming more appropriate to the player's skills.
And is the f2p sof fixed yet? Currently more than half the prizes I'm winning are for members only. I'm not subscribing again until Christmas, so that "subscribe to claim" button has never been touched. Can't I store my unclaimed items with Diango or something? All those medium lamps are going to waste...
On second thoughts, I'd much rather just remove lamps entirely, and replace them with pendants. That way we'd at least have to do SOMETHING to get those levels. With the current system a very rich player could get 99 dungeoneering without ever setting foot in Daemonheim..
I'm just a man; I'm not a hero.
Just a boy who had to sing this song.

frankly the main thing they need to do with the sof is make it to where the non members have the ability to always win something they can use by removing the mem items on non mem worlds and causing non mems to wast there time by spining and not able to do anything with the item but throw it away

"a dazzling new look"
dafuq? O_o
Come on guys, the new SOF interface looks like it was designed by a five year old. While this gives me a glimmer of hope that your more talented artists have been reallocated to work on the actual GAME for a change, it also makes me shiver at the thought that this might accurately represent the kind of audience you are retargeting the game towards.
As for selling yet more xp - shame on you.
Once you go NXT, you never go back.
