Hi i was unable to renew my membership due to being away and i missed out on ONE DAY of membership in august and i have not received the 700k exp or the choose your fate rewards. I am fairly unhappy about this...

The whole sizzling summer thing is like selling exp... still upset by it and even more i am ticked off that those are the two months in which i was not a member. It is complete BULL that when i was a member for 2 years consecutively and racked up a whopping 116k loyalty points, yet i don't get the purchased experience like everyone else??? Credit card got cancelled for 2 months and i miss out on buying exp... wow thanks jagex who is apparently loyal to long term players... N O T.

guys please be patient it will be out and you will get it soon . there will is a delivery time from maxium 24 hours so try to relog oor try to log into a other world with a free inv space.

I received my note and cards like 30 minutes ago.
After using up my xp in August I destroyed my note cus whenever i wanted i could get it back from Diango. Today i was afraid i wouldnt get my xp cus When i asked Daingo for the note he seems to not have it. I panicked after reading this forum but i can calm you down now. If you destroyed your note and can't get it from Diango don't panic. I was woodcutting in gnome stronghold when a message appeared in my chat box and I looked at inventory with a smile :) there were fate cards and my note with all the xp I was eligible to get (700k).
So if you are panicking after destroying the note and wondering if you'll get it back - don't worry cus you will :)
Patience was all I needed to get it, thank you Jagex for the XP

Dear JaGeX. As you might know, you have coded your system, so that after 1-2 years of an active subscription, it automatically goes off. Well, in my case this happened in September, which resulted in me not being able to get the 700k free exp! Which I am really disappointed about. And I really hope, that you would give me those exp, I really think that it's bad if I don't.
