Dear JaGeX. As you might know, you have coded your system, so that after 1-2 years of an active subscription, it automatically goes off. Well, in my case this happened in September, which resulted in me not being able to get the 700k free exp! Which I am really disappointed about. And I really hope, that you would give me those exp, I really think that it's bad if I don't.

Something doesn't feel right. I've been a member throughout August and September but I have not received the 700k XP lamp or neither the fate cards. Something must be wrong. I was on holiday from the 28th August - 4th September and came back online for adventures the 5th, saw that my membership was running low and refreshed it with a new payout even that it still had 4 days left to enjoy. I really don't get it why I haven't received one of these magnificent rewards.
