got mine =D
a good use for the bank of xp after september would be to be able to save xp lamps you gain in game to the bank of xp to use at a later date or collect them to use for a bigger chunk of xp

To be elligible for August's rewards, u need to be member from no later than August 1st in GMT time. If you are non member for less than 24 hours altogether in the month, you are still elligible. If you get members after August 1st, you won't be elligible for August's rewards. Hope I've helped most of you
