I don't understand why this is taking so long, they've had since the 1st of August to see who has had membership and set this up.
They've had a whole month to set these xp rewards up, this seems like a last mintue panic mode get this done now type thing.
Just my opinion.

Things seem to be slowing down now :) that's good. People if you've just arrived on the scene and are about to ask about the 350,000 experience not arriving the system is currently bugged. Good news is that Jagex is hard at work fixing this for us! Please be patient :)
