Having the same problem as T ox, had a full inventory when the message popped up, cleared my inventory, went to Diango, nothing.
Relogged several times and still nothing, is this a bug or should I wait longer? I've gotten the message that I was eligible but I didn't receive anything.

I have the same problem as a lot of people have by the looks of things. I got the note but had a full inventory of dragon bones (99 prayer FTW!) and went to Diango and still nothing.

There will be a message telling you, you got the item AND it will be in your inventory. Unless you have a full inventory in which case it should be going to Diango.
