In the summertime, when the weather is hot, you can take part in, whatever offer we got...
(I decided to stop writing my own lyrics to that song before I butchered it!)
We are getting a lot of queries regarding missing Promissory Notes that should have been delivered today if you were a member throughout August.
If you think you qualify for the item automatically but can't find it after logging in, then here's some tips on how to resolve the issue and enjoy the benefits of that extra XP:
• The item is added to your inventory or bank on login if you have a space
• If it is added on first login you will receive a pop-up message notifying you of this
• If you don’t have a space simply free up a slot
• Then logout and login to receive the item
• Note that Diango will not hand out the item at the present time
If you've done this and still don't have the XP note it's highly likely this is due to unsuccessful payments or an unexpected lapse in membership, so have a double check. If you are still in doubt then feel free to post up in the ‘Help with Member Benefits’ thread so we can check it out for you! If eligible we can then make sure you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items!
Please note that we will need to wait until 1st October 2012 to do this, as due to the way our system works we need a full overview of your Sizzling Summer eligibility. The reason for this is that adding these items sooner could result in duplicate items (depending on what you automatically receive for the month of September) which could render them unusable! I know I wouldn’t want unusable XP bonuses!

I'm afraid that to be legible for August's 350k xp reward you had to have membership since the promotion started (the 1st of August). But if you keep your membership through September then you will be legible for 350k xp. Sadly, since you did not have membership since the promotion started you are not legible for the full 1050k xp, sorry :(

For being a member through all of September AND August you would've received 1050k xp. For being a member through 2 weeks of August and the whole of September you will only get 350k. To get the full xp reward you have to be a member through both of the two months, as stated in the news post.

Diango is no longer related to the Promissory note. Follow Tele's advice:
"Also Please try logging out and back in with at least one free inventory space, if it does not appear please log out and back in, into a different world as this could prompt the pop up. if it still does not come please contact billing support on Quick find code: 291-292-4-63573750"

Try to log out with 1 inventory space free and then log back in. If this does not work try logging out (still with 1 free space) and hop to a different world. Then if this doesn't work contact billing support using the Quick Find Code:291-292-4-63573750.
