I'm not allowed to use the Promissory Note in Runespan, I'm not sure if that was a glitch or was intended. It says "You cannot open your note here."
I don't want to leave Runespan to open it and get rid of the runes I've prepared to train with. :( 200m in the Science of Fluffiness ^_^

So, you're telling me that when most people get the note upon logging in, it's fair to skip my clan event and wait for this nonexistant 'note'?
