So how do I get these sizzling summer rewards? When I have to pay by phone and only get 1 month membership at a time. I did my last payment July 29-August 29, so I missed out on the august xp and bonuses and such, kind of upsetting. Any Help?

Yes if it was the same day then you should get your 350k AND be eligible for the 700k and other goodies at the end of September if you remain a member.

If you were a member from 1st August till today (Which is what your saying?) then just subscribe now to take you to the end of the month and your in. Should be fine. :)
