I was a member through out august so I got the first wave of rewards. My membership expired this morning, September 18. I will renew my subscription today, I just want to know if I could still get the August+September rewards. I'm just really worried that if I wouldn't be able to get the 700k EXP

My subscription had a hic up during the re-billing period and it seems i missed 1-2 days during this month so far. Will this effect me getting the September rewards?
If so is there anything that can be done? Like an appeal

So, I didn't get my Aug promotion note and I don't really know why, I got a notice that my credit card did not draw a payment, but I still had membership credits, A few days after I got the letter, I repaid so technical I was still a member, so as long as I repay before the credits expire I should have qualified right? Define being a member. I fear that this was the reason that I didn't receive the Promotion, and sadly the same thing just happened to me again, my card didn't draw but I still had credits and two days after I got the message notice I switched cards and switch to a 3 month sub, and so I still haven't lost membership just failed to pay for a few days, so does this count as not falling into the 24 hour grace period, Basically does the grace period start when you run out of membership credit days or after your card doesn't draw, I hope this isn't the case because then I also missed out on sept by one day :/ Took and arrow to the knee

Unfortunately, from reading accounts of other people missing 1-2 days (forums), it doesn't look like JaGex will be able to do much on your part.
I'd recommend taking it up with JaGex Billing Support. That's your best bet, but don't get your hopes up just yet :( .

I'm pretty sure it begins once you run out of "membership credit", not after your card doesn't draw. If you see the date that your membership was supposed to run out, then 24hours beyond that date&time is the expiration.
Maybe you could take it up with Billing Support (JaGex). Hope you can find a solution, mate. It seems silly to miss out on the September rewards because of a one-day fault.
