Hey, I'm here from the in-game roleplaying community, and I'd like to ask Mod Osbourne a question, if that's alright; it'd be invaluable to us, especially those who prefer to play as vampyres or werewolves.
Q: I'd like to ask about the barrier created by the River Salve, which keeps vampyres, werewolves, and other unholy creatures trapped on the other side- I'd like to know all the details you're willing to reveal regarding the barrier, such as the area it covers , exceptions to what can and can't pass through it, and how EXACTLY the barrier can be temporarily or permanently disabled, as attempted in the quest Priest in Peril, and implied as having happened in the book, Betrayal at Falador and the quest, Darkness of Hallowvale, and whether it requires the intervention of powers such as Lord Drakan himself, or whether even the lowest vyreling from the slums of Darkmeyer can achieve such a thing.

Hi,
I'll like to ask a question based on EoC. The concept or foundation of combat in RuneScape has revolved around higher stats equate to better output be it accuracy, damage or defence based.
Why is the game deciding to change the concept that combat stats will continue to play a key role (it has done so for over 8 years) just because abilities are being introduced?
Wouldn't this mean that players who worked hard to max out in these combat stats have wasted their time if peaking their output was their motivation?
E.G. AGS base strength: 1500 + 99 Strength: 1599. Anytime I've commented, it means I've just finished working out at the Gym for at least an hour; I'm so fit.

Some more questions for the great Mod Osborne have occurred to me.
1. What defines godhood in Runescape? This question has come up several times when I discussed Lucien becoming a god and Zamorak becoming a god. What difference is there between Lucien's RotM state and the godhood he aimed at?
2. Why did Lucien have a relationship with a human (producing Moia)? Could it have been love?
3. Do the Edicts only apply to gods that were on Gielinor at the time the Edicts were made, or to any god? We need some clarification on the Edicts.
4. Was Hallowvale the name of the city or of the land?

I can give you a (theorized) answer to the Moira question:
Who's to say she was 'created' naturally? I'm one of several people who, judging by Zemourgeal's dialogue with Lucien, believe that Moira is not of natural birth with a human.

Q: During the ghostly robes mini-quest, it is revealed that zaros used "Dragon Riders" as bodyguards. I need to know their lore; were they human, dragonkin or a race called Dragonriders, I noticed that dragon armour (witch was created by the dragonkin) doesn't look like it would fit dragonkin, so did the dragonriders wear it?. I MUST KNOW
