i didnt know where to go too but i am having troble getting the neckless everytime i click on it my screen well go dark and nothing happen so is there some sort of problem with it can it be fixed so i can get it

Yeah, it's not free because you're paying a membership fee to recieve it.
Banks have been doing this for years. Advertise free stuff and neglect to remind you that you're actually already giving them money so you are in effect, paying for their "free stuff."
