I would like to say this SGS would be so much better if you could earn the content in game instead of buying it with your real money. Guys the content is cool, some is iffy yes, but make it earnable in game and please stop with the constant advertising. I am a loyal member and Jagex you aren't the same Jagex I used to love, guys go back to the way things were and make this stuff in game earnable. I'm not gonna rag on your company, but just see the old light again please.
I led a glorious rebellion once, but boredom took it's toll.

I've been wondering if you have to be member since August 1st? I subscribed on August 10th after being inactive for 2 years or so. I guess I won't be getting any Sizzling Summer rewards, am I correct?
If that's so I think it's a bit unfair, after all they still got my 7€ and will get another 7€ in September as well, isn't that the whole purpose of that? :[

I agree with you completelty, but unless your sub renews on the 1st you would need to be a member for 3 months to get this offer. I think that's the sneaky part, not many think about.

I dont understand what you guys are doing with updates, the game is dumbing down to a level that is unreal. I am seriously waiting to get 99 slayer and then read

There was a time when been able to train skills in a more efficient manner was a reward for being a member. I dont understand why the game is getting easier and easier, my skills from years ago, which took months and months now take weeks.... That is not the way to go as it undermines the skills people got in the past.... RC should not be trainable to 99 in weeks... it took me 11 months solid.... nature runes should be profitable as whats the point of any of these skills if 99 doesnt allow u to do something that others cant.
Im sorry if this is in the wrong place, but you guys dont seem to know that RS is not about penguin quests, it used to be about the determination to get a skill and also about community. Now that the game revolves around silent merchants, bots, and merch / gambling / scam clans, there is no community. With the dissapearence in difficulty of skills, the game will dissapear. Bring back rewards for 99s and bring back an economy for skills, not just for merchants...
I am sick of getting capes and been told that I just bought the cape with RW money or that I botted it, or that its now an easy skill....

I Quit RS, but check the RS Main page regularly to see if there's any changes in the amount and sort of updates there are, and check the forums to see how things are in the community.
Just because maybe now I don't like this game, but I've spent years playing it and I'm looking for any excuse to come back. Sadly, I've been checking in vain so far and maybe really need to stop coming here, because every time I'm a little more disappointed. I realize the game I loved made place for a slightly different one, but that can be okay, I can get used to it, but not this way.
Most forum threads I read are rants, trolls or people trying hard to look good for the mods. There is a truckload of Jmods I don't know, but the way they communicate and talk to their fans in one way and turn a blind eye to the other part of the community makes me feel so frustrated, and the entire community really doesn't come over to me anymore as a caring one. This thread was the first I found with a Jmod response to negative comments, and it REALLY didn't convince me.
But maybe Jagex isn't doing to bad. Because I see alot of rants, loads of people who claim they will quit.. But everytime I check this game there's 100K - 120K people playing, that would mean everyone is happy with the current game. Or are there botting problems again?
