Well Jagex, I bought an entire YEAR of membership, which was supposed to include many "exclusive" benefits. This is in addition to the 6 month card i had already bought. I don't need to purchase any sort of card until mid-2014. But now, I can't get this outfit, even with my "Gold" membership? A friend told me the point of selling those metallic memberships was to improve the bottom line for Jagex, not to help the player doing the purchasing. I see now that she was right. It's march of the year I bought in advance, and i don't see a whole lot of benefits. Where does the queue start for refund requests?
And where the heck are the forum pmods and Jmods. why do i see advertisments for free mems by link-clicking and listing their email address if any one wants an account. Wake up Jagex, if you need help with your forums, my inbox is open.
