id like to add for completion cape people they have nothing to do once got that cape . there r no new skills out in years , not enough quests have been released , no new monsters no new material to keep pple interestd .... u should do more skills new ones more frequently , lot of pple like to skill and get 99s .

I can see where you're coming from, however. It's a good thing that new skills etc don't come into the game as frequent because it takes a lot of hard work to achieve the Completionist cape, I believe most people would like to show off their achievement rather than lose it, then have to do MORE work to achieve it again.
