Sorry Memphus but that's absolute nonsense, Zybuz was never recognised due to an advertising issue after joining the curse network rather than allowing Jagex to take control of the websites Ads. Not sure where you got your info from but it's entirely incorrect.
OK now *this* what i like to see. not rwt, not promotions. *this* is the best way to stall the bot nuke until you feel like it. Community events. We won't complain half as much.
@Wee Man 1311
I've only been here 7 years, so I don't know the full story of Zybes' history, but their news article and discussion on how to set up a high-alch autoclicker that isn't detected by Jagex's systems makes me think Memphus may be on to something.

Would be interesting for the full reference to these acusations on the reputation of Zybus. But with that in mind, history is learnt from and referring back to 2002 and claiming that the fan site has stayed stagnent for 10 years appears ignorant.
Wee Man is correct when it comes to recent history, the site itself is very professionally run and Jagex Rules are met in all ways.
That they (Jagex) have recognised the site in this very thread is surely a recognition of how far Zybuz have come over the years and it is rewarding for the huge Runescape fan base that are members of this site to finally see that we are taken seriously.
I've been a staff member there since the end of 2009 and an active member of the forums since 2008 so I can say breaking Jagex/Runescape rules is taken very seriously so whether or not I was there 10 years ago is irrelevant. The reason for not being recognised as a fansite is the reason I gave in my last post and not the accusation you made.
Feel free to visit the site and you'll see for yourself.
