Great, Jagex. So you are concerned with inflation. But what about the thousands of bots killing green dragons, blue dragons, frost dragons, grotworms, black demons, spamming "Will sell gold" messages in the GE, running dungeoneering for people, hunting red chinchompas, and much, much more?
Great, you took care of a bug. Great, you banned some players. Great, you shamed them by spreading their names all over runescape's forums.
But if you really want to be great, get rid of the bots that are doing far more damage.

I really doubt the guys at Jagex are any more fond of bots and macros than anyone of us (in other words, not at all!). Ranting about anti-bot actions (or there being not enough of them) in a thread about anti-bug-abuse action seems very irrelevant. Neither one substitute nor diminish the other one.

I don't really understand why this is against the rules? It's your job to keep your game bug free. If there happens to be a bug, it's your fault, so why can't players use the bug to their advantage? Instead of banning them, you could've just removed their gold, right? That seems more fair to me.

Jagex, you guys are just embarrassing yourselves at this point. You expect us to say nice job and pat you on the back when you decide to ban a few, possibly legitimate players for exploiting a bug that allows them to earn lots of money, while you continue to ignore the botting problem which, if you havent noticed, allows non legitimate players to gain large cash stacks as well as large xp amounts at the same time. Reading this post I honestly could not believe your audacity.
Stop trying to make actual players feel better by posting this kind of bull **** and actually take care of the problem everyone is talking about.

when you 1st create account you agre to abide by Terms of service ,
and the 12 main rules,
jagex have the right to do what they will with there game and there items,
some people believe that items belong to them, when they will always belong to jagex
if you pay real life money or game money for items,, it still jagex property
just follow rules or go to a game that doesnt care about the average players
