Changes to Game Cards

For the promo for buying these cards before August 31st, does the 15 days extra for the $25 card mean 100 days + 15 extra days (totaling 115 days), or does it mean it was originally 85 days, and the 15 extra days bring it up to 100 days? Same question for the 5 extra days for the $10 card.
Oh and I'm not liking these useless money-sinks JaGeX. Useless cosmetic items and super-low chance spins are obviously cheap-skate ways for you to get 10-year-olds to beg for mum's credit card. Nothing wrong with capitalism and making money, but I'm not falling for this sales-pitch trap. That's just me, of course, you don't have to agree.

Will these cards also be available at Gamestop®? I tend to buy my membership cards from there and would greatly love to hear these new cards will be shipped there!
