I'm not sure what you've already tried, but did you click the crown icon on Twitch, then claim loot on the RuneScape offer that appears in that dropdown menu? :)

hey, I have done that and on twitch it says claimed but still not showing in-game. I have tried re-linking my account a few times as that what other people did to fix the issue but it has been to no avail.
