@ NoobRektker - This thread is about a similar promotion that was run in 2018, not the current promotion.

However, to try to answer your question - If, by "keep it" you mean can you claim it, but delay when the membership starts, I don't believe so. If you are currently ftp, your membership from the promotion should start at the time that you accept the offer. If you currently already have members, it will simply extend your current membership.

tengo una duda y quiero saber si me pueden ayudar.
e dia de ayer en la noche antes de realizar el evento de navidad active una bond, dicha bond desaparecio de mi banco y no me colocaron los dias pertinentes.

Remember - this is an old thread and Jagex Moderators are unlikely to view it.

This week's news post was updated with the following information:

"Due to an unexpected issue, this month's Prime Gaming drops are being postponed. We hope to have a new launch date soon.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience."


This ties in with the reply I received to my support ticket, which I sent after claiming (but not receiving) the items:

"We've run into a little technical glitch with the next round of Prime Gaming rewards which our payment and tech teams are working on getting resolved as soon as possible!

Once the issue has been resolved we'll get back in touch with any relevant updates."


At this point, the best thing we can do is wait. Keep an eye on the news post/news feed/Prime Loot page for further updates.
