"Well, Invention batch 2 comes with a plethora of benefits for high-level augmented items - including drain rate reductions and, at level 20, an increased chance of perk activation"

Can you be a little bit more specific? At what levels can I expect what? The only 2 I know are lvl15 for the gizmo's, and lvl20 for the perk boost. What's in it for the levels between 10-15 and 15-20?

Absolutely loving some of the newly added devices so far.
Some examples being the portable fairy ring and the teleportation compactor.
Both great and very helpful additions to the game. This will make the clue hunting a lot more efficient, especially with the clue rework coming out in the near future.

Thank you for the update J-Team! :)

The divine-o-matic vacuum doesn't seem to be balanced for ancestral energy properly. Using it, I only got one and a third charge from four ancestral wisps on an uncharted island. Normally this would give me 300 energy, enough for 3 charges. The divine-o-matic should be rebalanced to give at least the same.

Since DXPW has ended, Wisdom of Scabaras is working again. Does it stack with the 50% exp boost?

Check any augmented item ingame to see.
The entire world is bragging about cookies and Jagex doesn't even know how to use them.

I have a question about perk activation for lvl 20 items.

It seems that almost all of the perks you put on weapons do not have random activation (precise, equilibrium, aftershock, dragonslayer, etc.). Therefore, the value of perk activation is low for lvl 20 weaps.

However, the perks you put on armor do activate randomly (enhanced devoted, impatient, crackling, lucky, etc). If you use augmented t90 armor however, your armor will run out of charge before it gets to lvl 20. Therefore, it is pretty much impossible to lvl the highest tier power armors to lvl 20. So these perks don't activate more often either because you'll never have lvl 20 power armor at tier 85 or tier 90.

So perk activation of lvl 20 items seems to have almost no value for combat. Am I missing something?

I do think the enhanced activation % for lvl 20 tools will be very nice.

I just want to check that the intent of the perk activation enhancement was to focus on skilling and not combat.

Question:

If you build a lower level generator, can you upgrade it, or do you have to tear it out and build an entirely new one? I don't want to have to gather more components than needed and might wait until I can build the best generator and save some components if what is used on lower level generators does not go toward the upgraded better ones.

If the lower level generators are not upgradeable to the better ones, I think they should be so the cost is the same over all for building the best generator, and doesn't cost players more who build lower level generators first.
Hi.
