so i bought my membership on this site, but when i got to get my fiances account a membership it sends her to the old billing site, and wont let her get passed entering in her numbers.... i was able to renew 5 mins before i tried hers

Yes... the site seems to be pretty buggy. I was having trouble getting to my basket at checkout where windows were not populating correctly (code is showing up rather than the desired data).

Also... Where can you change currency. It now seems to only offer pricing in USD. As I am in Canada, I could always pay in CDN. It actually doesn't state currency but when it sends me off to PayPal... it is asking for USD! Bring back billing in the currency of the country you reside! I can't buy anything until this is changed!

In short, you can't buy bonds, keys or coins (the update has jacked up the store(:

-won't let you change the package (randomly occurs) or add more than 1 item to the cart

-if the links even get you to checkout (randomly takes you back to the selection page) it won't let you pay.

-tells you the items in your cart are "no longer available" at checkout...AFTER you hit the pay now button.


Doesn't matter if you try from the interface in-game or from a new browser window. All still the same.

Tried 4 times now, nothing works - BUT they ARE showing on my bankcard as a Temp authorizations/pending!!! Yet no items in game! PLEASE fix that...don't force a charge back :/
