Jagex Leadership Changes

Well was looking forward to new changes but, so far nothing that great. Hope 2020 will be a better year from what I hear so far doesn't sound promising just more work on players to keep there max capes. Members up in like 70 days so decided not to renew and try some other games after 16+ yrs. Guess customer support also this year has driven me to this and lack of fun.
Would like to see mini games reworked.
Would love new random events that you can choose to do or not for fun.
Would definitely love to see more fun stuff added to clans. Which I've suggested over the years.
And definitely would love better customer support and interaction with players not just their fans.
