I stepped away from the game for a while and just recently came back so didn't even know about a five year Cape woot
. It says I have over a year, which sound right because I started in 2003. Can't wait for next year.
I do agree that its sad the Cape is only for members, especially because the number of 10 yr vet f2p members aren't the highest. I understand the reason, but everyone should be able to show some rs longevity, the more five/ten year capes we see, the more it shows rs its a game that will stick around with dedicated players
