So my main acc was muted back in 2013, I have been playing ever since on different accs with no issues. I was a stupid kid when I was muted and I would love to go back to playing on that acc while being able to use communication. I canceled my membership recently because I couldn't talk to anyone. I don't know what to do or how to go about it, so I will leave this here and hope someone who knows what to do gets it. the acc name is Hosanna3333

Having to give some pretty personal info over to a third-party survey company just for a chance at a beta key doesn't seem very cool at all. Especially when the game itself isn't even made by Jagex, but by a company with a questionable reputation. That company charges people for early-access games, promises a full version, and then doesn't even update it let alone coming out with the full version(see Janky Tanks). They don't care about their players or about making quality games, they've shown that they just want some quick money for as little work as possible. On top of that, it really seems to be lacking originality...as others have noticed.

Sorry if it seems like I'm trying bash on it too much, but it's honestly how I feel about it. Really disappointed in you guys this time.

I got a key, but I have a problem: I don't have Steam. I don't know enough about Steam to consider getting it. I sincerely hope that it comes out without needing Steam.

Been using Steam for the past.. 6 years now or so. Steam is actually a really amazing Gaming platform. It hosts several thousand games. It's completely free without any type of ads or anything similar. They do pretty massive sales on almost everything on the Platform during Summer/Winter. Once you buy a game on Steam it'll be linked to your Steam account for life. As long as you have your Steam Account Name/Password you won't ever have to worry about losing your games.

Are you able to appeal your mute? If you click on 'Account' at the top right and view your offence history, there may be an appeal option you can use. If that's already been used, then it's unlikely your account will be unmuted. There was an overhaul a year or two ago where some permanent mutes were lifted, although more serious mutes have stayed as they are

i think this is both cool, and not.. I'd like to see the money i spend on membership and micro transactions to go towards content directly related to runescape, not based on runescape. i feel the same way about chronicle. I do not wish to make this sound like a complaint as it still has some appeal to me, but i would have rather had some sort of fit-bit or pokemon go type app that directly applied to my current character.
