How do you find out? after you've bought the 10 year cape from hans?

Would it not be easier to let anyone with a 10 year cape have access?

This will lead to many happy people. Hopefully, any remaining bugs will largely be found during this upcoming weekend, to leave fewer behind, so that the eligibility criteria can be widened still further for the third and final closed beta weekend - allowing an open beta to come about soon.

Would we need to re-download the client for bug fix's, or will they be fixed upon the next open beta automatically, like the weekly patch updates on Monday's?
