I think if you got a message saying your able to do it but the main page is you aren't it's just because it's time locked, when it hits 12pmUTC the page should be updated so as long as your logged in on the site the download link should appear. Hopefully a mod will confirm, I wasn't able to do last beta so dont know for sure.

I got a letter in my inbox saying that I was invited to participate in the NXT Beta weekend, however when I click on the link it says Sorry you are not eligible I assume this is because you will make it available to Download the day of the beta?
