Yea they literally gave like a days notice then cut it off. I was looking all over for when the promo ends but it said nowhere then tried on the 31st with no luck.

Well that kinda bites. I signed up to bronze premium package because when it said we could upgrade it. I didn't think the deadline would be a month later to upgrade it. I figured we would have until our premium ran out to upgrade it.
Isn't that FALSE advertisement JAGEX!
This is very upsetting. :@

Hello.... Thanks you so much Jagex ...I bought the bronze package was going to upgrade in first week in Feb but cant...I didn't realize there was a time limit after you have purchased one of the premium packages with the option to upgrade,since it wasn't stated there was a deadline.There was a deadline to buy one of the packages but wasn't anything said about upgrading deadlines...Next time please put that in your advertisement....Far as I see it , this is false advertisement!!!!! Maybe you should refund me my package, so I can apply it to a years membership? Total B.S!!!

Isn't this just typical of Jagex. Just reading all these post from other players, has answer my Questions why i can't upgrade to full premium . Yes there was a deadline to purchasing the premium package ,but nothing about upgrading deadlines. Like most post I have read we all been "screwed" Thanks for nothing (one very unhappy member)

I have bought a bronze premium package knowing that we could upgrade to a gold premium package before our bronze premium ran out. If I would have known this I wouldn't even wasted my time or money on buying a bronze premium in the first place. I didn't read anything about a deadlines to buying the bronze or sliver premium memberships. Sure looks like it is False Advertisement to me and to many others that pay hard working money to support your online game.

JAGEX should refund all players money so either they can apply it to a years membership or extend the deadline. To your
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT !
Talk about disrespect!
