The best thing to do right now is to report this player in-game for 'Advertising websites' or 'scamming' to flag his in-game actions for Jmods to investigate. You can mail the link to reportphishing@jagex.*** so Jagex can work on getting the site taken down.

As for your personal security: Scan your pc for malware, just in case you picked up a virus or keylogger at that page. Set a new runescape pass, a new pass on your registered email and set a new bank pin with recovery period of 7 days.
For further security measures I advise installing 2-step verification for your email and Authenticator for your Runescape account.

It was a great idea to make this event, it definitely helps players and it is free for all so it was a nice thing to happen to give players something extra.
