As luck would have it, my son did indeed finally get the email with the code. However, I didn't. We used the same computer; I registered and played the 5 games first. Go figure. Just to be sure, I also checked my junk emails, but nothing. Perhaps they sent it to the wrong email address?

For those that did get the email how long after the fifth game did it take? I just completed my fifth game.

Edit: Nevermind - it actually showed up rather quickly for me.

For those that haven't received it yet the issue could be on your email provider's side.

I am sure the game was made for the intent of something new to play,however I disagree on using the Runescape game as a reason for us to play. Example giving items to play it on Runescape is not really separating the two games as claimed by Jagex mods earlier in this thread.

I have no problem promoting the game on your most successful entity however if you really want to separate it don't bribe us with stuff to just "try it out"

Heya guys, can I have some more clarity on this? I had asked earlier for confirmation on what email gets the code, and was told it was/had to be your RS account's email, but now I've been told differently?

What I've been told:
- Code is sent to your validated Steam account's email.
- You then redeem the code somewhere on the RS site, while logged into your RS account, to claim the outfit.

Is this true?

Or, will it ask me to set up a seperate log in/pass when I load up the game for the first time? If so, would an alternative email (unrelated to RS or Steam) work?

Just want to clear this up if I can so I know what email to use and what to expect etc.

Ah so, it IS an option to sign in with any email of your choosing then? So I could make or use a completely new/seperate email, and use the code sent to that on the RS website to claim the outfit - presumably while logged into my account of course?

On another note and i can't believe no one else said this but, this promotion is like jagex being the middle man for there own supersonic ad, but you get an outfit from them which , the code is e-emailed to you.

The code will work on your RS account, even if it is different to the Email signed up to RS. :) Good Luck on getting the Email soon! I dont think i will ever get it lol :c
