As you readily admitted you have made errors as anyone could be expected to do especially in such a relatively new form of business (Online gaming).
You have had quite a number of successes as well! My personal favorite is the annihilation of bots, something that had always been my number one peeve about this game even way back in classic.
You also opened communication between the players and the developers as it also used to be in classic, and was lost for a number of years until you manned the helm.
Your stewardship of Runescape has been a good one overall in this mans opinion.
I think the only thing you did good was bring Legacy Back. Which could have been avoided but not even bringing EOC into the game anyways. Not to mention all the RWT things you also brought in. Goodbye

A letter to the RuneScape community from Mod MMG: If I look back over the past seven years we've come a very long way as a studio and no bigger testament of that is RuneScape. Now in our 14th year together, RuneScape continues to evolve and reinvent itself time and time again.
Running a company always looks easier from the outside, no question about that. The last seven years have been quite a learning experience for all involved -- lots of give-and-take -- and the game is better for it. Best wishes in your future endeavors and ... keep your tool belt handy!
