That's strange..
Yesterday in the FAQ, it mentioned they were going to be selling the Goblin Basher in SGS. Later on, it was removed and now has no mention of it going to be sold in Solomon's.

Also raises the question of why they removed it. Could be it was wrong, or more likely it's correct but they want people to buy it through the cards.

I don't think it's worth getting bent out of shape that they may have thought about releasing it through Solemon's for people that don't live near a 7-11.
I got it anyway through being gold and I destroyed them for bank space like I do with all my other cosmetics. Unless they start straight up selling level 80 or so weapons and gear I don't think it matters much.
