Was thinking of getting this year's gold premier.

However, after not being given the snowman mask and the other promo item for last year's gold premier, I think I changed my mind for fear that I won't be receiving the items promised when next year comes.

Umm both of my gold member friends have them, and last years gold members wasn't promised 2013 items...

I'll see if someone can clarify the situation for those asking about the items and last year's Gold Membership.

They just randomly gave ups 2013's items for no real reason, I doubt they would do it with this item because it would hurt their profits of this years gold members. Lost Woods numba 1, (NOT EE, Those scrubs are liars ;p)

Isn't it funny how Gold members from February are still receiving the extra spin on SoF, but we aren't getting these items? I had already made up my mind that this year's "Gold" membership was a money-grubbing ripoff and didn't intend to purchase it, this pretty much cements the decision. I paid for a year's membership, which was the Gold membership. My benefits that I was promised should run for that full year, as well.
I'm glad I can return to month-to-month, as I feel like I may just stop pouring away my loyalty. We've already seen what loyalty gives us, as well. When is the last time anything new was added to that "Loyalty Shop"? So you're giving bonus loyalty points to this year's "Premiere Club"??? Wow.

We were never promised 2013 items, they Just gave us almost all of them. We weren't promised said items, they just gave us most of them extremely late. If you actually read the newsletters they gave them to us to probably make up for no cosmetic flaming skull...

Last years gold members said a range of cosmetic items, IT NEVER SAID "AND 2013'S ITEMS" it listed the DANG items we got. Getting most of 2013's items is just a bonus. Lost Woods numba 1, (NOT EE, Those scrubs are liars ;p)

So, us grandfathered accounts won't get an answer? Please don't give us the old "your existing membership will carry on after your card has expired" pitch, it's almost as old as some peoples accounts on here, mine included. I just feel that for us "older" accounts we get nothing for our loyalty unless we pay more. Am pretty fed up with this tbh. and wondering why I have remained so loyal for so long.
This is just the latest of slaps in the face many of us have had. Please stop dividing the community.

So much for Christmas spirit. Bah! Humbug.

Let me help you on some of the most frequent questions being made.

--- Gold Premier Club from Christmas 2012 ---


When the Premium Packages were initially released we were not playing on rewarding players with any items. However, looking at the feedback we got from the community we made some amendments and decided to add some of the items released during 2013. To check all the items you are entitled to please follow this link and look under previous offers.

--- Bought a Red Game Card but didn´t get both items ---


Some players were missing on of the items. We´ve detected the problem and a fix is now live! Just check your wardrobe ;)
