Hello,

I bought premier club for 12 months, and I received all promotional items exept for the clown mask.
I asked Diango but he didn't had it.. Can I still get the clown mask?

So i have the bronze premier club package but i just now bought the gold package.
I logged on to the game and it did not upgrade my account to gold even though the transaction went through . please respond quickly.

That's a good question Tsareia. I just purchased Gold, and I didn't get the Clown mask,
but my 'main' did from last years 'gold' membership purchase. You should get different
cosmetics for yourself this year (not just what you signed up far).

This will most likely start when your bronze runs out.

You could contact Billing Support and see whether they can move your gold subscription up or issue you with the items from the gold package (if they have already taken the money).

Purchasing the gold package is not an 'upgrade' it's classed as an entirely new membership which is why it is queued until after your bronze runs out. Unfortunately premier club membership in general takes priority rather than the tier of premier club.
