Wow, more than $46,000? That's absolutely stunning! Funny, I just recently saw a player here on the forums claim they wouldn't donate unless you guys began supporting the Philippine focused organizations! It's so cool that we have the opportunity (using in-game wealth) to contribute. Thank you, again, Jagex. :)

Awesome stuff Jagex. If I may suggest a worthy organisation to support?

The A21 Foundation would be a good cause to support. They exist to set women free from *** slavery all around the world with a big emphasis on Greece (the country with the highest rate of *** slavery in the world). They also help to reabilitate the women that they set free too.

It was started in Australia by a woman called Christine Caine. They have a website if you are interested.

Great to hear that this game have a charity for the Haiyan victims. Our Clan is actually from the Philippines. We Filipino players support this game since 2005, sad to say two of our best high level clan mates were from Tacloban and died in the in Typhoon along with their families, it is very devastating to witness the horror in that place.


We greatly appreciated even in online gaming we can still find way to support those in need.

It's awesome and impressive to see you guys deviate from your goals to simply lend out a hand to those in need. It shows that you really care about the people that play and do not play your care. It also shows that you have a heart and wish the best for those around the world.

Thanks for taking involvement into these charities, Jagex. It really means a lot.

I just donated some miscellanious junk to the well. It's nice that my buckets of water and compost can actually be useful.

I'm really glad of the 2 latest additions to the charities, too. The old Well of Goodwill charities were a bit remote from a non-british persons point of view. They new ones are something I truly want to support. In fact, I've already donated a small amount to the Red Cross in real life for the same purpose.
