Hey, Jagex, while you're at it instead of just licencing out, why not create an in-game version of Top-Trumps while you're at it? You'd no doubt make a profit from those who're interested in playing this sort of game ;)

Obtaining cards;
-Card drops from monsters (unique to each monster, and free alternative for those who don't want to pay for them, could be on the drop table as a 'rare' drop.
-Cards from SoF
-Cards from Solomon (Rune Coins, and Loyalty Points)
-Cards from Bonds
-Or potentially cards from their own unique npc that is an extreme fanboy of the game who wants to sell their 'spares' for irl money.
