The contents of that plastic tub were so foul-looking that seeing Alan dip into it almost made *me* throw up- particularly the dangling nasties (ew)! Well done Alan, you finished your challenge really quickly! I wonder what sort of bodily harm will be coming your way next week. Quick, Alan- Run! Escape!

Alan's 'Super September' was simply amazing. It was a great idea to have someone do it IRL. Alan was a fantastic sport for doing so. Well done Alan, Great job
