It sounds like a new ring of wealth type of item where when it is worn a new wheel of rewards made of sof items is added to the monster's drop table.

This is what it seems like to me.

If this is correct, does it add to what the monster drops (giving normal AND clover drop) or replaces the normal drop (giving normal OR clover drop, not both)?

Please answer this, Jagex, I am asking politely: Will this have a duration? If not...then this is the first SoF update that I find legitimately objectionable. Only available for a weekend, so people have to get it this weekend otherwise they'll have an eternal disadvantage.

Also, all you people who are whining about the delay...You'd whinge just as hard if it had been "Rushed". Be quiet.
