Ok i'm not getting why everyone is complaining here. I understood why for the alchemists amulet as you could get multiple copies during the promo, but with something like this, it is EXTREMELY likely that by the end of the promo EVERYONE will have one. To me a 3% exp boost isn't worth it with most skills, so it's still just bleh to me. Instead about complaining about everything jagex does, why not just take your time and enjoy thee game. Most of you people here seem to forget that games are made for enjoyment.
Also you dolts don't understand that this game is by NO means free, a game like this must take LOADS of money in order to be upkept properly and have such frequent updates such as that merger with solomon's and the loyalty store. So what if they bring out things like this in-game as an incentive for people to buy spins, it's just a very slight boost nothing major, and correct me if i'm wrong but i'm pretty sure there's exp boosting gear out there. If you want to complain about people paying money for advantages in-game then what should non-members say about members.... it's the same exact thing.
Also to those complaining about solomon's, i don't even know what to say to you guys. EVERYTHING there is just cosmetic, and it acts as a 2nd way for the company to bring in money to help keep this game that you "love" oh so much around so just shutup or quit.
Also to those who think that this is a compensation for the delayed loyalty update, just let me say that something like this isn't able to be both made and implemented in
2 days.

You postpone the SGS/loyalty merge and instead you BREAK YOUR PROMISE of no promotions on no update weeks.

Welcome to the NEw Jagex... Who only cares about the high level players and refuses to keep their word when it comes to promises... For example Less SOf promotions ( a Lie ). The Year of the player ( Another Lie )

And I thought their would not be more Bonus Exp weekends.. Which is what this really is.. a Bonus weekend they promised they wont have anymore... Why not just have one instead of SOf crap promotion ? Curse Combatants

I can understand the delay in the merger, but Jagex, you guys definitely should NOT have counted a few last-minute patches as an update for this week. Not only that, this seems to be the most game-breaking thing on the SOF in history. Now people that manage to win the pendant have increased odds to win 200M? They get a small multiplier to it if they win it, too(from what I got from the post)? Also, how big is the "increased chance" on those things? If it's significant enough, I expect hyperinflation to occur, further wrecking the economy.

Just saying what i thin needed to be said. I honestly believe jagex did nothing wrong this time and some of our fellow players are just being downright rude and inconsiderate to jagex.

Doesn't change the fact that this will further ruin the economy.

And I love how they can pump out an SoF promo but they manage to F*** up the Merger and update We've all been waiting for.
