Jagex, I know you don't listen to rants, but this is my constructive feedback. This is supposed to be our year correct? The year of the players? First you have to care enough to read my post. Second, where has there been any changes or fixes this year that reflects what us players wanted with EOC? I still don't see skulls returning to the wilderness or people being satisfied with Momentum's potential to give us back what we had and wanted pre-EOC. Where is the fun mashing buttons in a redundant rotation when you just want to kill regular monsters? Do you see this logic? Momentum is an easy tweak to do.

The NIS, is it too much to ask for an old template/layout of the old interface? There has to be a way to make players happy, I know it takes some effort and resources, but I know you guys have it in you. You had it for 12 years, where did that go Jagex? What happened? I have a hunch it all went out the window when you introduced microtransactions a year ago to blindly make this your new, pretty 6th-age game that is caving in around you. I think you got overly excited with all that money to make this a completely new game.

I'm just trying to help open your guys' eyes to the reality of today's RS. That and Divination were overly hyped, to bring in new players. Us vets are still here, and some aren't leaving. I will continue to make these occasional rant posts over time until things are set straight...because I know you have it in you. Please do this for the vets that still do care and play your game. It's like seeing a family member getting gravely ill, you see them falling apart, and you do nothing about it. That is how I feel about this childhood game of mine.

In conclusion, I don't want to see talk. I want to see some action or proof you care about what we want this year. Little NIS fixes doesn't cut it, I want to see some real changes in bringing RS back to normal. A little goes a long way.

fix 3 things break 10 more, the soloman/loyalty shop was ready , todays ingame update was falling apart from the start, this was not ready its awful, I'm disappointed, and I'm tired of the disappoints, everything bugged, nothing is ever done correctly, some of the simplest things that don't work should on release, you say you test the updates prior to release, well what exactly does that mean, does it mean just release it and let the players send bug reports?

A game company that needs to survive needs to make good updates, quality updates that work right out of the box, these don't and im tired of trying to help you put it back together.

Signed, a disappointed, almost unsatisfied customer who loves this game still, but doesn't like how the company is being run*

Glad you're still around then. They can continue to try to bring in new players, but they are completly destroying their reputation as a game company by lying to us and breaking promises. They really need a wakeup call right now, as currently the rock-bottom with this game is sadly getting lower. Wonder how much worse it can get? I thought 2012 was the worst of it.

I'm happy they finally enabled the number pad!! I was tired of using the number row. I'm kinda sad they nerfed magic though. It makes sense though since range was modified that way too. It kinda sucks now since there is no point of using surge spells with staffs since the highest staff, the chaotic staff, is lvl 80 and surge spells start at 81 so casting water surge is just as effective as using fire wave. I'm around and I'll be here till i get 99 divination but after that.. theres really no motivation to stick around, i honestly wouldn't recommend this game to anyone irl or even online, i'd tell em its basically pay-to-win and that its a waste of time, the updates are mediocre bugged glitched rehashed and over hyped, the new game content is mostly microtransactions most of which don't really relate to what the game is about. And anything you try to achieve will be demolished by the sof and/or easier afk way to do it, aka runespan for rc, or like the norm nowadays is a different nerf every week.

You get used to one thing and the next week its useless, magic is this weeks example.

I've been a long time player and I've been fine with most updates, or came to not care. That being said I didn't mind the RS3 interface, it was new and I reworked it to how I liked it. Now with everything changed today, I cannot respond to my friends in various chats with ease anymore, I have to chose if I want to talk to everyone through private messages or in another chat. I have always used the chats more than anything else, and I feel that they are ruined for anyone who talks to multiple people at once as I do. In addition the inventory spots and skill spots (in stats) are way to close together now (I prefer to keep them sized to the old dimensions). I can't even clearly see some of them. This is the first update that I am completely unhappy with and very disappointed to see. Please reconsider fixing it?

I'd just like to say that the new thinner borders changed my Inventory Interface so that there are 6 rows of 5 spaces and 1 row of 3. I'm just complaining because my interface was fit perfectly and I had my Inventory set up so that i had 7 rows of 4 spaces like the original Inventory. It really bothers me and I spent a whole day fiddling with my settings so that they would fit perfectly and be as effective as possible.

Thank you for these recent fixes to the Interface.

Yet there is still one problem left.... to be able to use abilities with the number pad to the right of the keyboard. That is not fixed yet.

Please fix it :(

I tweaked my first post and ending part a little bit, but I need to move on. Thanks for reading my post Jagex!

@Kietaro2
I am social on there also, and miss when fc/cc were not a whole separate window. I guess another fix is to have a small icon to drag with the other tiny icons, but then you have to click the arrow to scroll through the 50 different small buttons to find it. The thing I really miss, is just having the big icons for each interface you can simply click on, and not having all these small icons you have to flip through. Simplicity went out the window to try and make RS look even prettier.
