More compact interface layouts due to:
Improved spacing in list style interfaces (such as your inventory or ability lists)
Reduced border sizes
More border transparency options
We've also now made it possible to position many of the interfaces without the need to enter edit mode.

This is great, but in-game text size needs to be looked at, I thought resizing interfaces will fix this but apparently it doesn't.

I can not figure how to make my split private chat box bigger. And now tab to return message while in all chat does not work. Even if its not set to split.

this is not an improvement.

what about the options to turn chat effects on/off because i had flash,wave effects etc off pre rs3 and now can't turn them on anymore

For people who are complaining about the font, how about you look away from your screen every once in a while and go do something else... I have bad eyesight and supposed to wear glasses but I don't and I can see and read everything in the new font just fine. None of my friends have complained any about the font being hard to read or fuzzy or anything either, only you idiots on the forum seem to be doing it.

now about everything else its just a total mess and will be fixed over time..

Tab does work, it doesn't say "to soandso" but when you press enter it will go to your pm.

Click through chat, when enabled, makes it so if you use a mouse wheel over your chat box, you will both scroll the chat, and zoom the screen.

My least favorite, the split pm chat (editable in edit mode for those that can't find it) is friends only, and as far as I can tell, cannot be changed. I want to be able to receive pm's from non friends.

If we point out each others flaws, then we can fix them.
That way, we can all improve together ^_^
