The upcoming merger of the Members Loyalty Programme and Solomon's General Store has been temporarily postponed due to some last minute hiccups.

We anticipate that the delay will only last for a day or so. We will strive to deliver this exciting new service to you as soon as we have ironed out a few kinks in the system.


The upcoming merger of the Members Loyalty Programme and Solomon's General Store has been delayed until next week. With literally millions of Loyalty Points to count up and distribute and with a few last minute bugs still to iron out we felt it best to delay the launch until next week rather than rush it out. During this time the existing loyalty store will remain closed. We apologise for the delay and plan to move the launch into next week's game update.

Be sure to check out how we’ve updated the Loyalty Programme in the official FAQ .

In the meantime, please be patient and keep an eye for further news next week.

Too bad :( I've been looking forward to this for a while, but I guess it's better to do something fully instead of releasing a unfinished product.

You said two hours ago that information is coming and you never had the decency to tell us it was delayed then. TWO HOURS WITHOUT ANYTHING.

Why do you treat us like this? Who is the higher up that decided to keep us in the dark.

It's bloody disgusting that we're being treated like this.

It's not about the delay, it's about them sending a message.

Their communication skills with the customers leaves a lot to be desired.

Ahh the problem has arisen. News article dated 22nd of this month.

You may want to scratch off customer support priority from membership benefits if you guys are being laid off.
